Auto Alchemie is the product of 200+ years of combined experience, with our small crew - with the sole aim of helping people interested in cars make more money, give you the upper hand in the automotive industry, and pass on information to grow the amount of automotive enthusiasts in the world every day.

Our Founder, Rob Alch, has been working on cars and been employed in the automotive Industry since 1960, when he bought his first car, a 1933 Ford, for a whopping $100, and hot rodded it through his youth. Since then, He has worked in nearly every position you can in the automotive industry, including detail, mechanic, service advisor, service manager, store manager, hot rod shop owner, custom painter, and more! He lives and  breathes cars - having a large car collection that he enjoys taking to shows and on grand tours, all over the world.

When Rob retired at the age of 80 in 2023, he gathered his favorite employees and coworkers, and he and the group compiled them into the information in Auto Alchemie. Rob is passionate about making sure the next generation 'carries the torch' (his personal favorite saying) in the automotive world, while we still can!  

Rob is so passionate about helping other succeed, he created the Carry the Torch Grant, to give 4-8 lucky people help every year with training, or purchase/repair of their dream car!
